Our Services

Our rheumatologists have a wide range of therapies available for patients with rheumatic disease, depending on the specific diagnosis. These consist of medications, including newer biologic medication, to reduce inflammation. Our physicians also refer patients to physical therapists, occupational therapists, orthopedic surgeons, and other medical subspecialists when necessary to provide comprehensive care for rheumatic disease.

Infusion Services

Many new medications termed “biologics” are now available for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. These agents represent dramatic advances in treatment choices for rheumatic disease. Several of these medications are given intravenously.

Rheumatology Consultants, PLLC, offers infusion services for our patients to receive treatment with these drugs in a comfortable, relaxed, and professional environment within our office. Our infusion suite is staffed by RNs with many years of experience in administering intravenous medications.
